This app improved inventory management for a hardware and construction company by providing real-time updates, empowering sales managers and customer service teams to work more efficiently. My role involved conducting a UX audit, in-depth research, and proposing enhancements to optimize processes and improve existing features.

Custom components library for a mobile app…

This project tackled the technical debt faced by a front-end/design team lacking synchronized UI elements and a clear plan for creating them. I promoted the creation of a comprehensive design system, collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility. My role included UI design, establishing a roadmap, defining KPIs, and implementing Design Ops strategies to streamline the design and development process.

Custom dashboard to shipping services app…

This project solved the challenge of integrating a logistics software system, “Maguellan,” to track packages seamlessly. By ensuring that the same tracking code was used from the warehouse to the final delivery destination, it improved traceability and efficiency. As the UX designer, I worked closely with logistics teams to understand complex processes, technical details of tracking codes, and factory conditions, ensuring the dashboard met the needs of all stakeholders.

This project addressed the lack of a UX process during the platform’s initial development, resulting in usability challenges. As the UX designer, I conducted evaluations and guided stakeholders through iterative improvements to transform the platform into a more user-friendly and intuitive experience. My role also included project management to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with user needs and business goals.
